Registration Fees

The early registration fees apply to registrations made before July 15th 2017.

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by July 15th 2017 will be included in the program.

Fees include registration and delegate pack, attendance at all plenary sessions, track sessions, roundtables.  Also the opening canape / wine reception and a further wine reception on Thursday with poster session.

Please note that presenting authors should be able to attend the whole meeting since we cannot honour requests for a specific day or time.

Registration cancellation policy

In case of any cancellation the following rules will be applicable:

  • For cancellations received until August 15th 2017, there will be a full refund minus a deduction of 10% of the registration fees. The reason is that the firm that deals with the credit-card payment takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case the ESC is paying two commissions.
  • No reimbursement for cancellations after August 15 2017.


Farewell Party Buffet Dinner

The farewell party buffet dinner is optional and is not included in the above registration fees, while the farewell party is free for all conference participants.

The farewell party buffet dinner will be held at St David's Hall on Friday 15th September (7.30pm-9pm). 

This includes a 3 course buffet, 2 glasses of wine and musical entertainment.

Advanced bookings will be £35 per head, or if you pay on the evening it will be £40 (cash only).  

The buffet will be followed by evening entertainment including a live band, DJ and dancing from 9pm, which is free for all to attend.

Lunch Grab Bags

Lunch bags can be ordered and collected from St David's Hall at 1pm on both Thursday 14th and Friday 15th September for a cost of £7.50 per day.

Each bag will contain a sandwich, salted crisps, a KitKat, a Welsh cake, an apple and a carton of juice.  You can choose from tuna, chicken, ham or cheese.  If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know.
